Breakfast made our day brighter

The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and directed us to an array of delicious breakfast items. Our room was cozy and well-appointed.

We were disappointed that there was no outdoor seating or terrace to enjoy our morning coffee. It would have made our mornings even more pleasant.

Comfortable rooms in a good location close to the highway. We spent one night while visiting friends in Chagrin and it put us close to the highway so we could get an early start on Memorial Day.

We stayed on a Memorial Day weekend so hotel was crowded. Breakfast was okay, not great and there were lines. But, given the fact it was free, we really can't complain.

It's really convenient to have such a nice breakfast buffet included in the price of the room. The buffet is just right for people who don't want to gorge on breakfast but want healthy food. I no longer eat wheat and had no trouble finding good choices that were tasty. I just wish I could figure out those strange posters on the elevators. For example, there's a picture of small feet wearing big shoes that says, "If the shoe fits. . ." It's almost as if these are composition prompts. I'm baffled.

Our room was too warm at night. When I mentioned it as I checked out, the clerk said if I had called the front desk, they would have told me how to reset the thermostat. We just thought we had one of those too- warm rooms.

Really kind staff. Breakfast area had nice natural light. The room smelled bad and was dated. Beds were comfy but needed better maintenance.

The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly with plenty of smiles.

I adored my spacious King Room with Sofa Bed-super clean and comfy! The continental breakfast was a good surprise with a variety of tasty options. Plus, the indoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day!

The air conditioning and heating units made a click and then loud noise when turning on, which woke us up during the night.

My family holiday at the hampton inn exceeded my expectations. The check-in was quick and the staff were cute. We especially enjoyed the clean, spacious room and the breakfast options with fresh fruits and hot dishes.
